The QC LT 4.9.30 kernel with:
 - the patched 4.4.9 drivers/char/tpm directory (using the Infineon App note)
 - the 4.4.9 linux/tpm.h 
 - .config and DT changes

tpm_reset.c - a hack to reset the tpm chip if there are problems
